How to submit sitemap to Google[Every Blogger Must Do]
While starting a blog,the first thing that comes to our mind is whether we will be ale to get a plenty of visitors to our blog,will Google index our blog well?
If you really wanna Google to index your blog well,why not submit a sitemap to Google?????
A sitemap is nothing more than a map for everything in your blog so that Google can find out each and everything in your blog and can index it in its
search results.Submitting sitemap can be a bit difficult task for new bloggers.So here I have provided a step-by-step guide with screenshots to make this task a lot easier.Without wasting time follow these simple steps.{The information and steps provided here are up to date}

1.Login to Google Webmasters Tools with your Google account.
2.Click on add a site and enter your blog's url there,and click Continue.
3.Now,a Verify Ownership page will be opened.
4.Copy the meta tag given to you and open your Blogger dashboard>Layout>Edit HTML
5.Paste that meta tag anywhere after <head>
tag in your template but before first </head>

6.After pasting that meta tag,clickon save template and go again to Google Webmaster Tools page,and click on verify button.
7.After your blog gets verified,click plus button which is before Site Configuration option in the left side.
8.Then click on Sitmaps option.
9.Now click on submit a sitemap option.
10.When you will click on Submit a sitemap,your blog's url will be shown with a box next to it.Checkout the screen shot!!
11. Simply type rss.xml or atom.xml in that box and click submit sitemap.
12.Congrats,you have successfully submitted your sitemap to Google.Enjoy blogging!!!!!
