CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE NOW FREE AGAIN
Customer care service which is provided by all mobile telecom providers has been again made free,which was made a paid service from sometime back and was charged as 50p/3min.
This service again has been made free but only upto 10th of May 2010.However this service was always free for BSNL customers.
On asking customer care executives they told us that it was made a paid service in order to put a stop on fake and useless calls from some of the customers,so that the customers really needing support of customer care executive can get it instantly.

I think it's great that the Customer care tech support its improving to offer better help to their clients!
It's really usefull nowadays
